Monday Night Football is here and it will be the last one of the regular season, so stayed tuned and get on the winning side with these Free NFL Picks and Predictions in the game between the Buffalo Bills vs New England Patriots. Let’s get into this sports betting preview in this game set to kickoff on December 28, 2020 at 8:15pm at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough.

The NFL odds have the Bills as a -7 point favorite and the over/under currently at 46 total points. The betting public is all over the Bills, with 76% of their money behind them as the road favorites.

These two teams last played each other less than two months ago, where Buffalo got the 24-21 home win.

Buffalo comes into this game at the top of the AFC East at 11-3 overall and red hot. They picked up wins in their last four games including destroying the Broncos last week 48-19. Josh Allen continues to look very impressive. He had 359 yards in the air along with 33 yards on the ground and two touchdowns last game. Wide receivers Stefan Diggs and Cole Beasley put up over 250 combined yards, but those numbers will dropped off in this matchup going up against this fifth ranked Patriots defense, who gives up an average of only 212 total passing yards per game. Buffalo has the seventh ranked offense in the league, scoring an average of 29 points per game, but giving up an average of 24.3 points per game on defense.

The Bills are 6-0 against the spread in their last 6 games and the total has gone over in 10 of Buffalo’s last 14 games.

New England comes into this game no longer playing for a playoff spot after their 22-12 loss to the Dolphins last Sunday. Their interest could slow down a bit, but hopefully a Bill Belichick coached team will play for their pride. Quarterback Cam Newton is reported to continue starting for the Patriots, but you should see Jarrett Stidham come into the game if the first few drives lead by Newton have no offensive spark. The good news is that Running back Damien Harris was practicing this week and should be back at limited capacity. He went for over 100 yards and a touchdown against the Bills in their last meeting against Buffalo, so having him on the field will make a difference. If he’s a no go, you’ll see Sony Michel get the full load. He didn’t look bad at all in last game, with 10 carries for 74 yards and should be able to have a decent game against this Bills defense.

New England is 17-2 straight up in their last 19 games when playing at home against Buffalo and 4-1 against the spread in their last 5 games when playing as the underdog.

Our numbers show the best opportunity to make money on this Monday Night Football game between the Buffalo Bills vs New England Patriots is to roll with the Patriots Team Total to go over the 19.5 points at the -112 price.
