Free College Football Picks and Predictions on this Thursday Night Football game between Air Force vs Utah State. This Mountain West battle kicking off at 9:30pm et at Maverik Stadium in Logan, Utah.

The current odds have Air Force as 10 point favorites. The over/under is currently listed at 51 total points. These two teams last in October of last season where Air Force at home shutdown Utah State 31-7. As you guys know, Air Force offense is one of a kind. They hold on to the ball for a long time because all they do is run. Their plan on defense is to hold their opponents to short gains and 3-and-outs, this way they’ll get the ball a lot and use the time of possession in their favor, which wears out defenses.

Air Force is 2-2 overall this season after its 28-0 home win against New Mexico two weekends ago. The Falcons are led by quarterback Haazig Daniels, who is 17-of-31 passing for 199 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions. Running back Brad Roberts leads the team in rushing with 38 carries for 280 yards with four touchdowns. Air Force scores an average of 26 points per game on offense, but expect them to put up over 32 points in this game going up against this Aggies defense. The Air Force defense is ranked 17th in the nation only giving up an average of 18.2 points per game.

Air Force is 4-1 against the spread in their last 5 games against Utah State and the total has gone under in 4 of Falcons last 5 games.

Utah State just got news that their Senior Running back Jaylen Warren is the latest to leave the team. Warren is one of the Aggies best players and their leading running back. He’s had 39 carries for 252 yards and three touchdowns to start the season. As we mentioned in our other video that their starting quarterback Jason Shelley was dismissed from the team earlier this month for violating team rules and Andrew Peasley has taken over. Peasley looked very impressive in his first career start where he got the 41-27 win against the New Mexico Lobos. Peasley went 14 of 21 for 239 yards in the air for 3 touchdowns to go along with 11 carries for 118 yards and a touchdown. He was named the Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week.

Utah State is near the bottom of the nation on offense only putting up an average of 17.2 points per game and giving up an average of 35.2 points per game on defense.

Utah State is 1-5 against the spread in their last 6 games and the total has gone under in 5 of the Aggies last 7 games played in week 14.
